Tidewater Real Estate Holdings is a single-purpose real estate company. We acquire or partner in industrial buildings in Southside Virginia, invest in power generation, electrical service and building systems that make them useful to high-load tenants and lease them on long-term triple-net terms.

Long-dated triple-net leases where the tenant carries taxes, insurance and operating cost, and the landlord's return is contractual rather than operational.
